Honey is a certified life coach whose mission it is to help women eliminate trauma at the core so that they experience and you know that they might have experienced in the past trauma from abuse or dysfunctional childhood or a loss or divorce. So she really does amazing things for women and we're going to talk about this today. So thank you so much for being here. Please tell us more about yourself and what you do. Okay, hi Vera. So first of all, I'm so happy to be here. So glad to be here. I'm passionate about this topic and about helping Yiddish women stop surviving and start thriving. I think you might have like switched up these two words before. So it's about stopping to survive in life and just being triggered all the time or reacting to people and stuff and when things happen in the world, you know, how to be able to just be peaceful inside and at the core and have amazing relationships and the world events, you know, are are you're able to process that and to continue just your life from a real present and aligned and centered way. So I'm so honored and humbled and grateful to be here. Especially now that we're having this interview on Hanukkah, really it's very meaningful to me because I am so deeply passionate about helping Yiddish women experience light in their life. Especially after having, you know, been suffering for years many in silence and many just trying things and going from place to place.
