uh we a person has to give the right labels to the situations that happen them it's called reframing you got to put yourself in the right frame of mind but today there's also another case another explanation how we can use this idea of reframing of giving the right labels to our situations and that is that not just when something bad happens to you rather even uh many parts of our life for example a person can think that sleep is a waste of time you know you're not really accomplishing much when you're sleeping but really at the end of the day a person has to realize that the day a person has to realize that this is makes us productive when we're awake so therefore the sleeping is also something productive it helps us be more productive when we're awake so a person can label it and look at it a waste of time or you can label it and look at it no it's also for the sake of mitah it's in order that it should be able to be more productive therefore the rambam says that a person can use this for to go to the bathroom to the bathroom as a waste of time and it's not holy you can say no it's it's helping me I'm using that time for to do a Mitzvah also it's related to a Mitzvah how because now I'm going to be able to learn and pray and not have is issues with the bathroom
