today's show Rachie Freedellander. Rachie is an emotions mastery coach and a TEB practitioner. TEB stands for transforming the experience-based brain. Wow, that sounds fascinating. I've never heard it be about that before and thank you so much for being here. Please tell us more about what yourself about yourself and what you do and including about TEB therapy. Sure. Thank you so much for having me on and thank you to all the listeners that are taking the time to join. There are so many people who want to hear more so many people who want to hear more about my story. I know that the um inspiration of it is real. The light that the light and the joy and the happiness that you can feel, the peace and the calm is real. And um clearly there's a story here, but we're going to start with with what's right now. So right now I have a private practice in Towns River, Jersey. I do summatic work called TEB or transforming touch, which I'll talk about that in a moment. I also I'll talk about that in a moment. I also do emotional health coaching. I call myself emotions mastery coach because I found that emotions are just the cornerstone so much of the cornerstone of what we're experiencing in the challenging moments when we're experiencing upheaval and the emotions have the ability to destroy us um as long as we don't understand how they operate. And I also actually facilitate psychedelic journeys at this point um for those who want deeper healing.
