Good morning and welcome back to living with Emunah. As we do our weekly study group or really our weekly support group to remind ourselves what really matters, to realign and calibrate our priorities, to refocus our mindfulness on expressions of gratitude and appreciation for the blessings of our lives, to be able to come together and support one another in living a life that is the most reflective of the truth that there's a creator and almighty who not only created this world and put us in it, but Abady. Abady and their expected baby who should be well and healthy and give their family a tremendous amount of Thank you so much. We continue to plow through our learning the author of the Mishkan Evna an essay he has on Emunah called know your Emunah that the source of the ability to live a calm and confident and serene life is all found in the knowledge and awareness that all of battles and all the struggles and all the external stuff that we go through that is only an illusion that we are in that is only an illusion that we are in conflict and battle. But if we're able to channel our innermost self, our better self, our best self then we would see the harmony of the universe. Then we would understand that everything comes together for a reason and that we'd be able to not necessarily be happy with all that life throws our way, but we'd also not be rattled or frazzled by it because we'd understand that it comes here for a reason. So we left off I shared the last week. If you have that link we left off
