According to Rebbi Eliezer according to Rebbi Eliezer you could be meifer the nedarim before. So is it the neder is chal and then it becomes batel because you were meifer it before or does the hafara in advance make it that the neder was not chal to begin with? So the Gemara has a shaila l'mai nafka mina. What is the practical difference whether it's chal and then it's unchal or it's not chal at all? The difference is could go into atfis acharina b'had ein neder. If somebody is matfis the neder uh corresponding to that neder. In other words, somebody connects his neder to that neder. What does that mean? E amar chalin if you're going to say that the neder is chal and then is annulled havya t'fisusa then it's a good hatfasa because you're saying I make a neder like her. Okay, she made a neder it's just it was then annulled. So you could be matfis from that neder. E amar lo chalin but if you say it's not chal lo eeka mishasha then it has no it has no reality because you're being matfis a neder from something that doesn't exist. Mai? So what's the halacha?
