[Music] in another [Music] and I'm from you my Lord [Music] 's all good good my Lord and it's with hashem's loving grace the night we learn the fifth no I commandment the prohibition of ethanolics aspects and we said that this ethanolics aspects and we said that this is right out of the Ten Commandments the eighth commandment the Ten Commandment says you shall not steal and so it's the fifth no high commandment and there are many aspects of theft but the rambam he cites three main categories of fifth when the rambam talks about the no hide laws this is in the laws of of Kings and the chapter nine it's called the rambam's compendium of Jewish law that he boiled down from the Gomorrah he took okay he talks about three areas okay he talks about three areas particular large areas of world with soft one is monetary theft the second is kidnapping which what we'll call human theft and the third is commercial theft such as withholding uh workers wages or failure to pay a bill or debt that's due or if it's something borrowing we'll put on this category somebody that that if some borrows something you borrow a shovel or borrow a potato from a neighbor uh it's also got monetary value even though it's not directly money but
