An incredible story is written in the memoir of an American soldier when he describes when he liberated the Dhaka concentration camp. In 1945, they entered Dhao and there they [music] found what they called the living dead bodies all over. They couldn't distinguish the ones that are alive and the ones that are dead. Even the ones [music] that were alive didn't weigh more than 80 lbs. And as he describes, it was no more than bone, [music] skin, and a soul. Going through the camps, they came into a room with hundreds of yides kinder laying there motionless. yides kinder laying there motionless. Their eyes were closed. The playfulness that you that children usually have on their faces was gone. They helped them down and [music] told them, "We're going to have food for you." And all the kids lined up to get food. Something so precious they didn't have in who knows how long. His eyes fell onto one child [music] standing in the back of the line. He couldn't anymore. He ran over to the child and not knowing his native language, he spoke the language of the heart. He gave him a tight hug and he started crying and he tells them in English, "You're going through a tough time now." I could just imagine. You don't know if your parents are alive
