[Music] it's all good my lord tonight's lesson is spiritual awareness 202 and that's hearing the creator's voice so this is our second lesson in spiritual awareness and as we said in the first lesson uh spiritual awareness is one of life's vital assets maybe the most vital asset a person has in life but surprisingly few people have it but spiritual awareness is the key to tranquility if a person has stress person has anxiety that means either he or she lacks spiritual awareness or like their tank is low your gas tank is low so you try to start sputtering your shaman starts sputtering because your tank of spiritual awareness is low okay so once we become spiritually aware we overcome anger we overcome stress we overcome anxiety and it's a no-brainer that we overcome depression that might sound like a big claim but uh as i said you see it it works it's very logical because emotional disorders they come from a misuse of the soul and spiritual awareness is the mechanism that properly activates the divine soul so as soon as we use our souls properly and understand that the job of our souls on the same task of our souls then uh emotional difficulty building a thing in the past just like if a person
