but you know unfortunately there is such a phenomenon and uh which is not rare in today's a and age where you could come into a shul and you could be sitting next to somebody who uh convicted felon either they did their time where they didn't do their time yet and the question is how do we treat them could we give them an Alia do you say shamalaikum to them do they send the music event you know what what type of reaction to the Jewish Community have towards these people and towards these people and um you know about Hashem we're good over here but uh I'm sure everybody's been to places where it's a little bit uncomfortable and what's the correct reaction could you give them shlish them let's say they have a plaque on the wall on the one hand if they did their time and they uh they served their punishment do they have the right to demonstrate their their ability to be accepted by the community or is by uh by countenancing them and being friendly to them and maybe being the friendly to them and maybe being the hobby them you're you're endorsing to discuss one aspect of it and then maybe on a later occasion come back to the concept the topic of giving Alias to Ivory aveira and it's a very wide uh topic because you could have people who committed White Collar sins uh white-collar crimes okay that's you know it's a problem but it might not be as fundamentally problematic as somebody who committed immoral type of immoral
