regularly teaches classes and presents guest lectures on various topics related related to Torah Judaism and Jewish thought her goal is to bring the beauty inspiration and depth of Torah to others no matter their age their affiliation or their prior Torah background Miha believes that life can be beautiful turbulent joyous and painful she's right as complex as life is it is the teachings and the wisdom of the Torah that helps to guide us along the way thank you so much for being here please tell us more about yourself and what you do okay thank you so much for having me ver so my name is mik haritz I live in ver so my name is mik haritz I live in woodmer New York with my family on Long Island and like you said I'm a teacher of Torah uh but teaching Torah means that what we're teaching is teaching life um about 10 years ago is when I started teaching not about uh December 20 no 13 years ago December 2010 I gave the first year in my home uh before that I uh graduated York University combined with Brooklyn College my bachelor's in speech and hearing and then I received speech and hearing and then I received my M my masters in Audiology that was in May of 2003 and my life just took some interesting turns and like everybody I had some unique circumstances and challenges and it was just not the right time for me to go to work to start practicing Audiology due to personal situations and then it was still not the right time for me to go to work practicing Audiology due to personal situations and then I had twin boys thank God who uh were two months premature so it was still not the right time for me to go to work teaching
