[Music] so today's lesson is all about motivation and direction motivation direction if a person does that motivation there's no reason to get up in the and get up in the morning and he's got no direction what may be his goal would be to go to new york okay but if he he's to go to new york okay but if he he's going unless he lives in st louis and if he goes west he's going to go in the direction of the rocky mountains he's got new york so you have to know two things in life where you want to go and where you're beginning what your starting point is okay because a person with no goal or destination they simply can't go anywhere now many people they just tread water in life look how many people are doing the same thing all their lives uh they don't move forward they don't develop themselves and they're frustrated because they see other people going past like uh they're other people going past like uh they're treading water and see people swimming past you are you going 20 miles an hour on the freeway and people are going 60 and 70 and they're passing you by okay people that stay the same place for years but like water it's treading waters are good enough because if a person stagnates like water that doesn't flow it stagnates and then it becomes a pool for all types of not good things and bacteria and germs and mosquitoes and all types of snakes all types of uh undesirable
