Yisrael. With that, let us begin today's daf is chof ches, November beautiful daf ahead of us today. We are picking up in on so today is 29th, chof ches, sorry. All right, we're picking up on chof ches 28b at the two dots. So the Mishnah says as follows, this is chatzi achad ba'of, which is 2 4 6 8 10 12 13 lines up from the bottom. So the Gemara says as follows. The Gemara says chatzi achad ba'of. It says Rav Amram, I'm sorry, actually we started this yesterday. Sorry, we're actually up to the first wide line. Tnan so tnan so let's remember again we ended up in yesterday's daf that when we say rov, what's the definition of rov? Does rov mean 50% or does rov mean 51%? So interestingly enough, this was a machlokes between Rav and Rav Kahana. So Rav said metza metza, 50/50 has a status of a rov. and Rav Kahana said metza metza 50 50 does not have a status of a rov. That was our fundamental machlokes. So, the Gemara now is going to kind of flush this out a little bit. And again, the Gemara's idea was that by shchita, do we essentially say that as long as the majority is not unslaughtered, then halacha l'maaseh that's a proper shchita, which is long as you cut 50% you're good to go. Or no, is the halacha you have to cut the majority, in which case you really would need to cut 51% in order for the shchita to be kosher. So, that's our machlokes. So, the Gemara says as follows, "Tnan." The Gemara says, "We learned, chatzi eiver b'of."
