Tonight, we're going to try to review some of the basic Halachas of Harchakos Niddah, which is 7 kuf tzadi hey in Yoreh De'ah, which is the limitations that the husband and wife have with each other during what's called the five and the seven. The five are uh, the days that she has her period. During the period, she has to wait a minimum of five days. And then she has to count a shivah neki'im. Okay. So, these Halachas, specifically more than any other branch of Halacha, need review more than any of the other uh, inyanei Hilchos Niddah. And the reason is, when it comes to the other Hilchos Niddah, let's say during the seven, that the woman has to do a bedikah in the morning and the afternoon, so she knows what It's just like the answer is correct. So, the yetzer hara will never or or highly rare that the yetzer hara is going to convince someone not to take a lulav and esrog. Everybody knows when the time comes, you put on your jacket and you take the lulav and esrog. However, Hilchos of the Halachas of the Harchakos are very different because they come up in the course of regular interaction. And even if a person learned the Halachas well when they became a chasan, they're the last thing you're thinking of when you're interacting on an on an everyday basis. And sometimes what will happen is, you know, a person's married 5, 10 years, sometimes longer, and uh, sometimes one or two Halachas get overlooked and the whole inyan becomes not just like a heter. So, it's really very important to have the Halachas clear and just to be mechazek oneself in these Halachas. Also, another factor is
