Shalom welcome to practical spirituality here at BM in N we are here to transform our lives in the in the Moment by moment experience you have to be in a process of transformation happening basically at all times if you want to experience life see a lot of people think that they can see a lot of people think that they can just push off transforming their lives like I don't mean push it off a lot meaning they'll like sign up for this that starts in six weeks or they'll they'll do um you know whatever they're going to really work on themselves with this new Kusa or something and you know they but they're they're like they're thinking that transforming their life is you know is is important and it's certainly something they're doing and it's certainly something they're going to do to do but it is a bit on hold in the process meaning you're like I'm in process you know process but what I'd like to share with you is that you have to be transforming your life constantly constantly and there's a way to do it there's a way to do it where you can transform your life constantly and if you transform your life constantly I can guarantee you that you will experience life fully so let's talk about that I'm let's talk about the
