Rambam Malchut Yeshat Chapter 14 Halacha 5 The writer of Rabbanu Rambam forbids his wife from telling others what he said to her or what she told him from matters of law and frivolity. If a man speaks to his wife about the merits of Tashmishm, then he will issue and give a ketubah that she cannot dare to speak and speak to others in a bad way. And she forbids that she should be turned over during Tashmishm And she forbids that she should be turned over during Tashmishm so that she does not commit adultery or that she does a good deed and things that are not really in them but are evil, then he will issue and give it as good. So here, gentlemen, this is a very important halakhah that the Rabbi teaches us in essence what the Gemara rules in Tractate Ketubot on page 11, page 2, that a man cannot humiliate his wife, point out. And if a man humiliates his wife and causes her to be humiliated in the eyes of others, then they tell him one of two things: either you stop doing it immediately and ask for forgiveness, success from your wife, and take it upon yourself to never do it again, or you are incapable and you are a rude, arrogant, and arrogant person. You are incapable. There is no problem, pay her her ketubah and give it to her. A divorce is understood by a man who sanctifies a woman. It is a deed that commits a property deed, but his wife is not an object. He cannot do what he wants. Therefore, our Rambam writes to us that he is excluding his wife
