and good evening everyone thank you for uh joining us uh for our first of a four-part uh mini-series about leadership so you're gonna say uh what does leadership have to do with me all right what do i have to do with leadership and uh the answer is that in one way or another we're all really uh involved in leadership be it if we are involved in leadership with our our house our kids our house our kids our our friends uh our our our cousins our spouses we're all to a certain degree involved in some level of leadership because leadership is not what we think oh the person that sits on the dais leadership is not uh you know oh the person that uh sits up by by the by the by the ark by the oran kodesh uh he's the leader a teacher a head of the colo right uh you know someone executive a right uh you know someone executive a ceo oh those are leaders leadership there's a difference between a leader and leadership right a leader is an individual that has a position leadership is a person that takes on the role of of knowing that he has a responsibility for other people that's leadership and we're going to expand on this idea we're going to speak
