thank you everybody for joining us um so we this is a part three of a four part series but part one from my part of the series uh so uh we're gonna talk about eight ways of jump jump starting a little jump starting change and the the reason why i spoke about this i'll tell you like this right we rash hashanah there's so many things to talk about when we're dealing with the high holidays rash hashanah the so far dipping apple into the honey uh there's there's the long mustaf and the prayer uh there's there's a judgment uh you know we could just keep on going and then we walk into yom kippur the fasting um and the day of atonement if i could please ask uh to please mute yourselves um i'm happy to take questions um but uh if there's no questions please meet yourself thank you all right so there's there's a lot a lot of things to talk about i mean it doesn't stop uh as i just started mentioning just a couple so i decided i wanted to talk about something that i think well will help us uh really understand and not necessarily in the depth of each thing in itself but it will allow us to give us the tools will allow us to reflect internally and say how am i able to connect uh to the different things that are happening during this period of time right uh we we have a terminology we call it you may rush zone right you may means the days red stone
