um let's jumps help we're going to learn about how to always push through how to always really seem high and to always look forward have hope a lot of people were crushed recently with trump losing or biden winning whatever that means we're not going into it but they felt crushed all their hope all their hope a lot of people have been investing in the stock market and a lot of their hope was stolen they don't know what to do they're picking themselves back up putting the pieces back together a lot of people's lives got rocked with their jobs is there money is there no money will we go back to normal when i go back to normal is it going to be lockdowns again is there not going to be lockdowns again what's it gonna be and how are you supposed to be happy how and how are you supposed to be happy how are you supposed to be able to do it the championship in the middle of all this doesn't make any sense we want to do what king david said perrick it's a very big mitzvah to being happy all the time why is it a big mitzvah you know why you know why because when you're happy you're going to do mitzvot when you're not happy you're not going to do me it's fun when you're happy you'll be willing to go and push and persevere and go out of your way but when you have a million things on your head and you don't know how to make sense of it you're going to have low energy you're not going to have the patience to do trying to do the right thing and you're going to be in the quickstand in the mud not knowing how to even put on your shoe
