So, the question that we ask, >> thank you so much. >> So, the question that we ask ourselves is, do we love ourselves? Now obviously if we're talking about the moment of inspiration that we just did an incredible action so obviously we love ourselves and we're not talking about deep down inside because every single one of ourselves deep down for sure we love ourselves but the question why we're asking this is is because many times we do not realize that what happens is is that if we don't love ourselves enough how do we love our children meaning when we come And we have to go to bed at night, we have to say, "Wow, look what a good person I am. Look what incredible things that I did today. Look how because if we're going to look at ourselves in a positive note so then it's very easy then that what's going to happen is that we're going to look at
