[Music] doraesh takes boys who struggle to see success and we offer them the opportunity to explore the world around them and the future that really interests them we give them independence and they learn to believe in themselves we give them responsibility so they can learn accountability and become leaders the dourish system really works yet we're forced to turn away boys simply due to lack of space it's terrible because so many boys really need a dourish education when i became part of the yeshiva there was a became part of the yeshiva there was a lot of skills that i wanted to develop the yeshiva gave me the opportunity now i am married now i run the yeshiva office i'm finishing smiko part of the shiva kolo i'm helping prepare the next generation of tamirim the shiva definitely has made me who i am today the yeshiva has brought me to a level i needed to reach by nature i'm a very social person but yeshiva has given me the opportunity and structure to accomplish my goals today i'm a part of the staff i work as an aba technician
