Are there any concrete tools for for dealing with that kind of a moment? >> Um Here I would use some grounding techniques, okay? So if someone around you I would also try to get the more we're focused on helping other people, the better off we'll be, okay? Um I would even say it's kind of similar to what I mentioned before, but I would have this child help that child, okay? Give them all a job. This way they're they're staying active and how can I You might even want to practice, you know, or give them different ideas beforehand, but I want to keep them active and focusing on helping someone else, okay? Um almost like this uh kind of like cycle of each person is helping the other person and more we're able to do that, the panic will drop, okay? There's no one to talk to. Everyone's you just completely uh disregulated. Um we may want to use different grounding techniques such as uh you know, um giving your child a hug, okay? Or uh shaking their hands with certain rhythm,
