[Music] shalom good afternoon i'm first of all i have honor to speak in front of you to describe and to explain what is the meaning to be diane because hashem thank god for many many years i am training dianim and about 15 of the dayanim in israel hashem thank god there are many many institutions that are training dayanim and i i'm doing that for last 36 years and hashem 15 of the dayanim in israel they are my students this is one side from the other side my father was the president of the supreme rabbinical court in arts issael and he was also chief rabbi and i was next to him all the years i was learning with him and i was helping him to write his responses about all the books he was writing especially books about dayanim first of all i want to explain what is the meaning to be diane how how can we create diane first of all there are two things rabbi and diane many times the rabbi is not diane more than that most of the rabbis they are not dying it's two different subjects to be a rabbi he people have to know every day and people have questions about that every day they go to the rabbi to ask him he has to answer this is to be a rabbi also of course there are levels of rabbis in my place i teach the dionym before to learn to be their name to be rabbis i insist that first of all they have to know every question people ask them about
