[Music] one of the most difficult parts of having home sweet home which was the house that I had for 11 years and I opened it up and I moved in guys who were completely off the D thrown out of home guys who were homeless guys who were confused about whether they're straight or gay and I didn't know anything I had no training I it was absurd but I opened up the home and guys started coming to me and over the course of the 11 years many of them told me that I was the first person that they ever opened up to to say that they were sexually abused as children and it was extremely difficult for me because I was a regular guy 30 32 34 36 years old taking guys off the street and being nice to them no training no idea what this was was I mean I understood but had no experience barash with this and it became very common for people to open up and the first thing that I did was I would I would cry with them I mean there's very few things that a person can tell you that are as devastating and disgusting and can ruin someone's life like by saying that they were traumatized as a child that they were defiled as a child and there's a very big difference between trauma and childhood trauma cuz
