Delete your account
You can request deletion of your Lehallel account and its associated data at any time. Here is exactly how, and exactly what is removed.
To delete your Lehallel account and its data, use either channel below and tell us the email address on your membership:
• Call Lehallel support at 718-971-4311.
• Or email torahcompanion@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my account”.
We verify that the request comes from the account holder, then delete the account. No sign-in or app is required to make the request.
When your request is completed, we permanently delete the data tied to your account: your account record and email address, your membership status, your saved library and preferences, your in-app search and playback history, your notification device tokens, and any requests you submitted.
A minimal record of billing and transactions may be retained only where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes, and is purged when no longer required. Everything else is deleted within 30 days of a verified request. Lehallel does not sell your data, and streams are never stored.
