[Music] everybody thank you so much for coming and being here a sound system might have been more advantageous to be able to reach the whole several but we also wanted to keep it intimate just see it in sitting around on Amato Shabbos trying to do their best to prepare ourselves for the God of our naira that we're standing on the threshold of entering those Gates now so as Hashem we're going to sing we're going to learn a little bit together as well and the main thing is just to be as present as possible which I know all of us all always are but to intensify that element we're here to be here and to close out everything else to shut out the rest of the world to try to cultivate a spirit of Silence among us and within us so that we can connect to something higher deeper bigger [Music] and I am of Chernobyl attack was Internal Medicine writes that all the different all the different yamantovan are connected to all the different limbs of the body and it goes through one by one pesach and sukkas are the hands and schwa says the Torso Hanukkah and Purim are the legs rosh hashan is the head and it says him Kipper is the nishamas the soul of the whole entire year of all the special days that we have and certainly all of them mundane days that we experience in Kipper is what enlivens everything it's the essence it's the soul but he said you always need to have an interface between Body and Soul
