Okay, good morning everyone. We have an amazing topic today. The Gemara on page Gimel Amud Aleph really starting P Bet Amud Bet brought a braisa that a woman who is menader a nazir and she drank wine and she was a tamei l'meisim. So she gets malkus. However, if the husband annulled it and she didn't know and she was drinking wine and being metamei l'meisim, she doesn't get malkus. We had that braisa. And then the Gemara brought again Isha And then the Gemara brought again Isha she'nadra nazir u'faysha b'hemtah v'achla chelev l'valah mavi'a chatas ayif. But if the husband annulled it and she didn't know so the halacha is she doesn't get malkus cuz she didn't do anything wrong. However, if you look in the Gemara in Nazir the Gemara in Maseches Nazir says that even though you don't get malkus, the Gemara says on Daf Gimel uh she's mekabel makas mardus. She does uh she's mekabel makas mardus. She does get makas mid'rabbanan. Why does she get makas mid'rabbanan? Cuz as far as she's concerned, she's doing an aveira. So even though in reality she didn't do an aveira because the husband annulled the neder, so the nezirus is off, so she's allowed to be metamei and she's allowed to drink wine, but she's mechaven l'ra'ah. She's mechaven to do an aveira. That's the famous drasha of Isha hafira ba'asham yisach la. The husband annulled it, but she needs kapara because mi she'mechaven kapara because mi she'mechaven l'a'ois piyodoi basar chazir v'al loy yadai basar t'la needs kapara. Okay? That's the famous teaching that if you're mechaven to do an aveira you need kapara. So our Gemara says she doesn't get malkus when in fact she does. She gets makas mid'rabbanan, but it's not relevant in our Sugya for her to get Marcus Midah Banan. Now, let us see
