okay what a privilege to be back with you especially in the beginning of L to start fresh with this series that has now been going for well over a year so I think we started halfway through year one um and we've been now in two different locations and now we're here so we're making our way through through London um don't know where we'll be next but hopefully we'll be here for a good while and we're continuing to learn the deepest depths of chabis to know that chabas is so much more than just a collection of of dos and don'ts chabas is an invitation it's an opportunity to enter in like we've been learning to a brand new space a brand new brand new way of of being of thinking okay so we're going to we're going to continue where we were we were actually in middle of learning about and so we'll begin with a paragraph that starts M just a little bit of in the previous two sh that were all part of this M from R kuger we had been learning about how shabis is all about the transition from galus to Gula right the whole thing is about moving from a place of Exile like we learned about the six days of the week where everything is just trapped in in the physical in this worldliness and then we spoke about chabas as being a taste of that that world that we've been learning so much about all throughout this series but a world of of freedom from the lowly physical kind of of life that ordinary we live during the week and and and how that is is reflected as we learned very deeply
