[Music] okay good morning everybody hope everybody is well welcome to the show happy tuesday for those of you alive we've been talking about this idea of purpose in the things we do even if we don't know the purpose yesterday i spoke about harry truman i said his name was sid jacobson his friend is eddie jacobson so i stand corrected eddie jacobson purpose even though you may not know the purpose there's purpose now if there's purpose to something you want to make it right which means you want to double down into it and this is something we've been discussing a little bit here but i want to sort of really get into this concept of micro greatness because i think if we if we just did this it would really make a huge difference in our lives if everything in this world if everything that we do has purpose right and everything that we're engaged in needs to be taken at this at the level of purpose then we have to in we have to choose things that are potentially purposeful right there's two different ways that we're seeing this right on the one hand we've got the things that are given to us you can't you know you're sitting at that wedding so to speak and someone comes over to you and starts talking to you that's given to you the family members you have are given to you situations are giving to you and those things are purposeful because they're not random they came for a reason and the reason they came forward is maybe beyond us but at the end of the day we know that there's purpose in them and if you know this purpose in them you treat them as such and so you're not running from the
