hi everyone welcome to another edition of the Swarm chatter podcast on this episode of the podcast I'm going to be joined by Ellie Rosenfeld who is the CEO of Joseph Jacobs advertising uh which is the agency that partners with Maxwell House to uh Target the the Jewish community and especially they are famous for the Maxwell House agada which is what we will be discussing and disclaimer Ellie is also my uncle my uncle as well so thank you Ellie for joining me on the podcast thank you Naki for having me okay so let's start off for having me okay so let's start off tell the listeners a little bit about yourself and your background so I'll start with myself a bit um and our agency um I've been with Joseph Jacobs since 1996 um I got there working on accounts doing what uh advertising agencies do and in 2003 I bought the firm from the founders son a gentleman named dick Jacobs um our firm was founded in 1919 by a guy named Joe Jacobs oddly enough Joseph Jacobs advertising would uh would say that um Joe created this agency so say that um Joe created this agency so that Brands and products and services were able to Target the then extremely large and but still growing Jewish community on the Lowry side of New York and he ran advertising in primarily then Yiddish newspapers low side Yiddish daily papers the forward yid the Morning Journal um all of the Yiddish dailies that really served the the growing Jewish community on the low re side he would Place ads in them he turned it from just placing ads to an agency by assisting people in
