happy tuesday i'll tell you why i thought it was monday because it's september 1st is it december okay september 1st today i'm not totally disoriented and since it's december september 1st i feel like it's the beginning of something happy kids going back to school day at least whichever kids are going back they're all staggering in i don't know if it's better for the parents or the children i could tell you one thing it is most definitely better for the children kids need kids that's for sure so if you're living in a place where the kids at back to school are made everyone be healthy safe and well thank god extra that you're in an environment where the kids get to go and be with other children great opportunity for a new month even though it's in the secular calendar it's still an opportunity for us to sort of take a step back and think every new month brings in new beginnings this is an opportunity for us now as we move into the fall to really get serious about taking our lives to the next level and growing a little bit better every single day well these past few days we've been really delving into the idea of negative thoughts this came out of a story i heard over the weekend but a rabbi who someone to exit him was able to go above it not get drawn into it i want to talk today about this idea of negative thoughts and how we bring negative thoughts on that aren't even real right there's a famous quote by mark twain andy's gonna get the quote correct so i'll just you know get i'll get as close as humanly possible and for those that are on zoomer or facebook you'll get the
