let's jump in welcome thank you so much for being here for coming um and even before starting this year we have to obviously recognize the day that today was even though it's the English anniversary um but it's uh today was a heavy day for me I'm sure for all of us you know we we lived through a trauma like that day was one of those days you'll never forget you know where you were um and how things unfolded it particular surreal obviously because it was but um you know we're still in it like October 7 it's not over it's not something that you can reflect on something happened and we're still in it and you know in the in the bigger picture of the way that things have unfolded since that day I think it's crucially important to to keep in mind also that day just as that day what that was and certainly in our learning especially today but all the time to have in mind those Souls those nishas the should have an alyah you know those really just beautiful young people just ripped away in the prime of their lives and what AAL you know what a what a what a huge tragedy what a huge tragedy how much each and every one of them was going to contribute to Amis um in the most tremendous ways so the learning should be alah for them and it really behooves all of us to
