so let's jump back into our Li of um I see where on page if you have it so just turn over the page from the beginning of the of the uh the little booklet and we're up to this paragraph over here beginning with the heading so in the theme of everything that we've been speaking about where shabas gives us a taste of what's called shabas gives us an ability to see what was again what's always there hidden um but to be able really to experience it in a very practical way because circumstantially we're not at work anymore and we're not in The Daily Grind and we have an opportunity to sort of take a few steps back it still needs to be an active effort which we're going to be learning about now to help us tap into that sort of perspective Consciousness reality but that's what chabas gives us the ability to to experience and that's what it means over here where each of us are really saying to the whole Jewish Nation to everyone we're declaring it to ourselves to everybody else it's a time to awaken it's a time to wake up and just like a person thanks for coming just like a person who is awake from an experience of otherwise being asleep oh it's a completely different experience of of functionality so too in spirituality Vis the six days of the week shabas is supposed to be an experience of having having woken up that's the whole thing of shabas so
