What’s said in this shiur

The opening of this shiur, in Rabbi Daniel Glatstein’s own words— taken from the captions, so names and Hebrew terms may be approximate.

We're in the Mishna Berurah who's bringing down from the Magen Avraham various prohibitions that are commonly violated. We're in the second column in the Mishna Berurah. We just saw the little-known love of attending something called all you can eat, which is a love deoraisa of lo seichlu al hadam. Lo seichlu al hadam. The Tzel Efraim Kanievsky and a few of his foreign brings a great principle that each aggadah to Gemara is found in its most appropriate location and Maseches Pesachim opens up and begins with the uh warning of lo al yotzei adam davar meguna m'piv, which doesn't seem to be thematic to Maseches Pesachim. So, we see that indeed the one of the main themes of Pesach is uh kedushas hadibur, taharas hadibur. And therefore, uh they the subject matter of uh al yotzei adam davar meguna m'piv is found in the very beginning of Maseches Pesachim. As Arizal teaches, Pesach is a compound word peh sach, the mouth that speaks. Therefore, Klal Yisrael freed that peh hacheirus and their adversary was peh ra
