[Music] good morning everybody everybody as well every monday for those of you here live happy whatever day the week it is for you thanks so much for joining us an honor to be with you thanks so much for being here i got to tell you really got to tell you such an honor i really do not take it for granted that you're with us but you're with here that you're here it means a lot to all of us so thank you we're talking about this concept of setting your emotions setting your days there's so much in this world the energy that we have that is being wasted there's only so much energy that we have there's only so much energy that we're given to create new to capitalize on opportunities to create deep relationships and we waste it on stupid things and i am guilty of this like everybody else something happened recently it was just wrong just wrong i got to tell you it was wrong i watched it one of the companies that i'm involved in i watched one of the older executives take down a younger person like it was wrong i gotta tell you she took a just took her down the way they did it was so political called one person the next person backstabbing the whole thing it was just horrible it bothers me so much and i waste and i've wasted so much energy on it and it dawned on me as we're talking about this i'm still thinking about it
