When people are looking to go and have goals in life, they have to look at the ends in mind. Where do I want to be? And how do we get there? How to get there is through simple small steps. Very and often life people [music] make a mistake and think it's yiddish kai Judaism is all nothing. I got to BE PERFECT. I GOT to and that's what it's about. It's not the reality. The reality is small simple steps make a person happy because they see progress and that's so so important. [music] and to grow and to be together with everyone. >> Okay, great. So I'm currently the head of school at Zucker Jewish Academy of Queens here. It's a school that started just last year. We started with 17 students. Thank God today we have 82 students.
