tonight we're going to speak about a very sensitive topic a topic that whenever R has to get up and speak about he has to be very cautious about the way he introduces this topic sometimes as a RV you have to tell the whole Community sometimes when you're dealing with the whole world so to speak the United States or a board whatever it is you have to tell them that a a certain vegetable is forbidden you can't eat it there's nothing you can do there's no way to clean it and as R it's very hard to pass in that way you want the objective as a RV usually is to to try to find lenties for the for the community for the t-o that they should be able to eat this vegetable but sometimes you have no choice you have to forbid the the product tonight we're going to talk it's introduction usually I I give a five lecture course the first course which is this course technically so if you're in this room you're really starting one of four one of five classes the introduction to ology andology is the study of bugs now the Torah tells us which we're going to read about two weeks it tells us something interesting the end of the it says that the Torah the Torah is telling us that when they took us out of MIT that one of the things that the yiden did was to not eat bugs they didn't eat insects and Rashi tells us from there that if the yiden did not eat
