Okay, so we're continuing in the halachos of koshering. This comes from the safer Minchas Chinan of Obams we're now going to talk about koshering sinks. Basically the two kinds of sinks you have enamel sinks which you can't kosher. Page Zion and it's in here somewhere. You have enamel sinks that can't be koshered. Basically what you do is you do kosher them and then you cover them with aluminum. And then you have stainless steel sinks. Stainless steel sinks Uh Stainless steel sinks Uh the optimal way of koshering is with Erui Kli Rishon. Basically you take a kettle that's bubbling hot and you pour it on every single square millimeter of the sink which is a very difficult and tedious job. That's the only way to do it. According to the Rama According to Rama you also take a blazing hot stone and you put it in the sink and you put it on every area of the sink. It's not typically done like that.
