[Music] okay good morning everybody everybody is well welcome to the show happy monday i'm talking about this idea of rituals resolutions the want to want really what we're trying to drive at here is a few things one is aligning your mind with your goals not working against your mind working with your mind and that's going to require a little bit of patience that's the hardest part for people as soon as they see the goal they want to immediately get it and we live in a world where that seems to be normal it's normalized one of the great remember everything that we experience is part of our mind right as you start to work this in your your head you see the implications of what neuroplasticity does to you for better or for worse right exposure to anything gets into your head it gets into the computer called your brain now one of the key traits here that get it gets in the way if you will is patience i'm reading a lot about uh thoranus fairness they say that right the the star theran fairness i think i don't know how you pronounce that but the the startup of elizabeth holmes you know elizabeth holmes was recently convicted of fraud 37 year old founder of this incredible startup that was going to change the way blood testing works right promised the world that just with the drop of blood they can do an enormous amount of tests saving people of these diseases that would have otherwise had to go into a greater facility draw a lot of blood do a lot of tests right so as you know this comes to light you start to understand this type of behavior right projecting seeing right this incredible vision of this young upstart to create a world in which you can build
