Okay, there's an neshama which the body consists of two parts. One is the neshama which is a soul and the second part is consists of the physical body which of course is the is the residence of the soul. Now, the neshama itself consists of five parts. The first part is called the nefesh which is connected to the liver. The second part is called the ruach which is connected to the heart. The third part is called the neshama which I mentioned is a part. Although the word neshama also refers to the totality. So, the third part is called the neshama which is connected to the brain. The fourth part is called the chaya and that is not connected to any specific organ. It rather surrounds the body like an aura. You see. It's like a It's like a a light that envelops the entire body itself. And the fifth part is called the yechida. Now, the yechida is not in any way connected to the physical body neither to its organ. Neither to its Thanks. Neither to its organ the organs or to the body as a whole like the chaya. The yechida floats. And the reason why it's called the yechida is because that is the connection that every neshama has to God. So, yechida means unique or one because it is connected to the being that is unique or one. There you are. There are five parts to the neshama. Okay? Yeah. Now, just like we have five parts okay? Um Adam Harishon also had five parts. He had the yechida and he had the Chaya, Neshama, Ruach, and Nefesh.
