[Music] okay good morning everybody everybody's well happy wednesday for those of you live i've been living in this space that i hope is making sense it's this concept that i'm trying i hope i'm i'm explaining right this idea that what drives us is really com comes from an inner source and if we're not if we end up taking the drive that's inside us that's deeper processing it through the lens of a physical need going to the world looking for some physical impact and getting something physical and that's it we never feel fully satisfied so let me give you an example let's use the easy ones a person feels like they're not eating healthy enough okay the desire to be in shape i believe comes from this inner desire spiritual desire to use the material world properly if a person is not eating right there's a spiritual piece to it food is a tool food has a lot of holiness to it believe it or not in fact many spiritual um leaders and i've seen many jewish leaders that i've read speak about this idea that that it's very hard to grow in spirituality if you have no control over what you eat right food is a tool it's physical it's just a tool it's it should be there to create the fuel that you need to accomplish your goals in life that's in the ideal how you would look
