everyone's having a wonderful day welcome to september speaking a lot about this concept people are reaching out i think there's not just me that's going through this idea of don't think it until someone says it this concept of not trying to figure out what is in someone else's head as just a practice and as a condition for us to be working on in our lives so i've been getting a little feedback with this with different questions i want to start to like hit a little bit of it today somebody emailed yes i didn't say saying look isn't it selfish to think that whenever someone's in a bad mood they're thinking of you the answer is to some extent yes you see it could be that they are mad at you it just doesn't it's just not worth the risk yeah it could be that when someone's giving you a face they really are upset but when you put it in the risk reward profile it's just not worth it to engage at all in it it's not worth the time and the effort to engage in trying to figure out someone's mind because it is a losing proposition and forever one time that you're right there's 15 times that you're wrong and if you're a sensitive person to begin with you're going to be spending so much time being somewhat wrong and as a result sapping your energy and really ruining the relationship there are relationships that are just overly dramatic there are families that are just overly dramatic that it's not that big a deal but it becomes a big deal because the conditioning of that relationship is one in which it's always something you know people like this it's always something
