Um I personally find it like very hard to articulate like deep things, especially with with like you know, in in relationships with like you know, in in relationships where you know, that are that are very close to me, with the people that I most love. So, it's very can be very hard to really speak out in words um like what I'm what I'm feeling and honestly and uh and to like put it into words and it's the most frustrating thing like when you try to do it and then act you kind of do it and then afterwards you feel like I I I didn't really articulate and get across like what I was feeling with
