okay difference between inspiration and transformation what's the difference between inspiration and transformation very very very important I used to run trips to Thailand India Sri Lanka Peru Nicaragua 10day trips volunteering in orphanages swimming in rivers and waterfalls meditating in the jungles ziplining scuba diving talking about our values scuba diving talking about our values our goals our purpose in life amazing amazing trips and at the end of the trip I always used to say to people let's have your feedback we sitting in a circle what was your challenge on the trip what was your highlight of the trip what was your Insight one thing you learned from the trip many many people would say that was a transformational trip that was the most transformational experience of my life that was the most life that was the most transformational class I've ever been to and I would say to them it was not transformational it was inspirational in fact I'm going to go so far as to say that there's no such thing as a transformational [Music] experience we'll talk about about aaska another day but just for now there's no such day but just for now there's no such thing as a transformational experience inspiration transformation there's things called immensely inspirational experiences inspirational trips inspirational classes inspirational means it really means Inspire means to like breathe it's part of respiration I see a new me a new world a new I see a new me a new world a new possibility a new life I've I've experienced something that felt very good that's amazing that's called inspirational not transformational because you go back from that 10-day trip with deep meditation and discussions and life skills and playing with elephants and all amazing within 2 weeks you're back to the same loser you were before same relationship problems same but and you know why it's
