The opening of this shiur, in Rabbi Ari Bensoussan’s own words — taken from the captions, so names and Hebrew terms may be approximate.

We're dealing with such incredible, such drastic, such sad and such petrifying times. And we need to ask ourselves, as a Jew, as somebody who's connected to Eretz Yisroel, as somebody who feels the pain of Klal Yisroel, What can we do? Of course, Tefillah is amazing. Of course, Tehillim, that runs through our veins, because that's who we are. We speak to Hashem, we cry to Hashem, we demand of Hashem, we beg Hashem for everything. But there's something so much more. The Gemara in Shabbat tells us that the Parsha of ויהי בנסוע הארון is its own Sefer. That means that, the Gemara explains, there are actually seven Sefarim of the Torah. There’s Bereishis, there's Shemos, there's Vayikra, there's the beginning of Bamidbar, up until ויהי בנסוע הארון, and then there's the end of Bamidbar, and then Devarim. What is in those tiny 85 letters?
