Shalom everybody. Welcome back. Uh insights with the para of the week para and if we have some time and energy insights into and let's first start with the para which discusses many things. It's a very very thick and long para. The para towards the beginning talks about what happens if a cohen or the coen gadul happens if a cohen or the coen gadul have someone in their family who passes away. Is it a mitzah for them to become impure because it's a it's a it's a corpse and the cohen and especially ken have to watch their p purity and their sanctity. So the Torah gives specific permissions for a cohen to become impure for his mother, his father, okay, his kosher wife, siblings, okay, that's for a cohen. But the cohen, the high priest, a cohen. But the cohen, the high priest, even for his parents, forbidden to become impure. He must continue serving in the holy temple, offering the sacrifices even though he's in onen. Onen is the term before the burial on the first day. Even as an onen, he still offers the sacrifices as if nothing happened. Okay. The question is one second. He's not a human being. You know, he has parents. What? He's a he's know, he has parents. What? He's a he's a normal he has feelings. How do you expect him to continue doing the service in the temple which requires happiness to do you know when his mother and father passes away or you know a close relative that normal co are allowed to become impure for he's not but he's human being he has emotions he's not superman he's a sadic for sure the co but he's not superman come on the Torah is talking also to normal people these are normal people human beings the to
