And Magen Avraham was a very poor man. He was so poor he could not afford a simple pen or paper. So he wrote commentary Magen Avraham on the walls of his house. Imagine, the Magen Avraham was written on the walls of his house. So every word of the Magen Avraham is very measured and concise. It's certainly not a history book. But in Siman Taf Kuf Pei, he feels it necessary to inform us, he writes of the Eis Sub B'Sodav. It's found in the writings. Now this is important to know. This is an oft used expression of the Magen Avraham, but Eis Sub B'Sodav. Which writing? Whose writing? So you have to look in the Chida.
