to be back we are in the world of ello the month of Elle Anila died we began to speak yesterday and I implored and encouraged and inspired hopefully people to take on cabalas did anybody write out their kabbalahs write out their goals remember I said it's a wondrous piece of advice and you think what's so wondrous about it it's wondrous because most people don't do it but if you do it it's so powerful to write out the things that you want to do that will take you in the direction of becoming the perfected person that you know you could be you don't have to become the perfected human being in the next three and a half weeks but what you have to do is take yourself in the direction of the things that the perfected you would be doing you should write those things down start that process of writing them down and go over them think about them as this month goes on am I doing well with them how am I doing am I accomplishing the things that I know that I should be doing both and Mrs I say the things the that I should be doing the do Mitzvahs and also associate making fences for yourself and the don't do Mitzvahs what are the don't do things that I've a little bit been doing too much of and what are the fences that I should set up for myself
