So we're taught that Hashem created the sun and the moon to be equal. The verse reads that Hashem created the lights the big lights. big lights, meaning they were the same size initially. The sun and the moon were created the same light, the same size. And then the verse reads later on. Hashem then says, and the Torah says, "And Hashem then made the big one singular light, the big one to rule during the day, that's the sun, and the smaller light, which is the moon, to rule at night. So what's going on here? It said at first the big lights and then it said one is big and one is small. So Rashi brings down from the sages that the moon complained to Hashem. It's what's called the the prosecution if you want to say of the of the moon that the moon said to the Hashem it's impossible that two kings should use and rule with with one one crown.
