Uh yeah, and I assume that almost every every law system has such a mitzvah of don't pervert the justice. Who would not want such a mitzvah? It's a wonderful mitzvah. The only question is, lo ta'asu avel bamishpat sounds like it's a commandment that's tailor-made for a judge. And the question is, what's bamishpat? Lo ta'asu avel, period. You can't do an injustice. I don't care if you're a judge or if you're a regular Jew, a simple person, a layman, a father to children. You can't do an injustice, children. You can't do an injustice, period. What is it What is this special commandment that's geared specifically for a judge that he can't do an injustice? Like I would think that only a judge can't, but everybody else can? Of course, no one's allowed to do an injustice. What's special over here? To answer the question, you have to look back in parashat Mishpatim. There it also talks about A lot of parashat Mishpatim is about judgments and cases, monetary cases, bein adam l'chavero, between a man and his friend. And one of the things it mentions there is midvar sheker tirchak. A person should midvar sheker tirchak. A person should distance himself from a lie, from an untruth. V'naki v'tzaddik al taharog. And you should not Right next to it it says, "And you should not kill someone who's innocent kilo atzdik rasha, because I will not uh let go I will not make a tzaddik that which is a rasha." A person who's evil will not get off the hook. He says to himself, "What does this have to do with that? What is midvar sheker tirtzak, do not distance from lying, have to do with perverting judgment and making a tzaddik
