Tshuva, but we look stuck in my friends. That's what we need to do. Don't listen to the Navi Yeshaya who will tell you you don't have to do anything. Don't listen to people who tell you not to feel the pressure. Feel the pressure. Feel the pressure in a good way. That pressure is Hashem's love for you. That pressure is Hakadosh Baruchu talking to you and telling you you can help yourself in a real way. Put a little bit of pressure on yourself for 1 week and you will make a tremendous difference in your life for the entire year and the lives of those whom you care about and the lives of all of Klal Yisrael says
